This website introduces Balance and Life Mission, Inc. (BALM), its programs, and the wider work of Rev. Dr. Jalene C. Chase. Program availability and details may change. Sending an inquiry requests a conversation; it does not create a booking, purchase, donation, or program enrollment.

BALM text messages

BALM sends messages through its messaging service to people who request a response or choose to subscribe. Informational texts may concern inquiries, program participation, and event reminders. Promotional texts may announce BALM programs and invite you to events or other opportunities. The categories you select determine which recurring messages you receive.

Consent, frequency, and costs

SMS subscriptions are voluntary. Informational and promotional messages have separate consent choices, and consent is not required to make a purchase or send an inquiry. A phone number provided without subscription consent is not permission for recurring promotional messages.

Message frequency depends on your requests, participation, and selected categories. Your mobile provider may charge for messages and data. Delivery depends on mobile networks and service availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to a BALM text to cancel SMS messages. You may receive one confirmation of your cancellation. Further SMS messages will stop unless you choose to subscribe again.
